Alarm Trouble
Is your device showing a trouble?
DSC systems
will indicate a trouble when a yellow light appears on the keypad.
When a trouble condition is detected, the TROUBLE indicator will turn on and the keypad will beep every 10 seconds. (Some keypads will not beep) Press the # button to silence the beeps. Press ∗ 2 to view the trouble condition. Use the scroll keys <> to view troubles.
DMP systems
will indicate a trouble by displaying it on the screen on the keypad.
When a trouble is detected, the keypad will beep continuously. To silence the sound, press one of the four top row keys.
The issue will be displayed.
